Our Story
We Started S&S Because Homeowners Were Getting the Runaround.
S&S Mold & Air Inspectors was founded with one goal: give New Jersey homeowners a straight answer about their indoor environment. No sales pressure. No remediation upsells. No confusing lab reports left for them to decode alone.
As a family-owned business, we don't answer to a franchise or a remediation parent company. We're inspection-only. Our only job is to tell you what we find. If remediation is needed, we'll say so. If your home is clear, we'll say that too.
We use AIHA-accredited laboratories and follow industry-standard protocols, so the data we give you holds up in any context — with a contractor, a real estate agent, a doctor, or an insurance adjuster.
